Privacy policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
This policy explains what information BioSensor Solutions, Inc. (“BioSensor Solutions”, “we”, “us”) collects through biosensorsolutions.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and our SoilData.ai™ pilot request form. It does not cover data from field sensors in a pilot; that is covered by each pilot agreement.

What the pilot request form collects, and why
When you request a verification pilot, the form asks for your first and last name, work email and company. We use this to:
- reply to your request (we aim to reply within 2 business days);
- scope a pilot with you and follow up about it; and
- keep a record of our business conversations with you.
We don’t use your form details for unrelated marketing, and we don’t add you to a newsletter without asking. Submissions are stored in our website platform (Squarespace) and sent by email to our team.
The form is protected from spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and how you use the page so it can tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.
We don’t sell your information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and our email (listed below), when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Hosting and service providers
- Squarespace hosts this website and stores form submissions. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
- Google provides Google Analytics 4 (below), reCAPTCHA on the form, and our business email.
Analytics and cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use:
- Essential cookies set by Squarespace so the site and the form work and stay secure. These can’t be switched off in the banner.
- Squarespace Analytics, which counts visits, pages viewed, referring sites, and approximate location and device type, so we can see how the site is used.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which collects similar usage information: pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), approximate location (city or region, derived from your IP address), and browser and device type. GA4 sets cookies such as
_ga and _ga_<ID> to tell visits apart; they last up to 2 years. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. We keep GA4 data for 14 months and don’t use it to identify you. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off for our GA4 property.
With your consent, we use Leadfeeder (by Dealfront) to see which companies visit our site. Leadfeeder uses your IP address to identify the company you’re visiting from, and a first-party cookie (_lfa) to recognize return visits and the pages viewed. We use this only at the company level, not to identify you personally. It loads only after you accept cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time through our cookie settings. Dealfront processes this data for us under a data processing agreement; see its sub-processor list.
Your choice: when you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Where consent is required, analytics cookies (Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics) load only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also block Google Analytics on all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
How long we keep information
We keep pilot request details for as long as we are discussing or running a pilot with you, and then for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each tool (GA4: 14 months).
Your rights and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have additional rights, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your information, receiving a copy of it, or complaining to your local data protection authority. Email david.beitz@biosensorsolutions.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
Security and where data is processed
We use reputable service providers and limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Children
This website is for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
